Odds are the posts are referring to the limitations of FtP and Silver accounts.
The main complaint I have seen is folks logging in to old characters and all of their gear is yellowed out. Top tier gear from the past 3 expansions is prestige and can't be used by FtP accounts, along with ALL AUGS.
The simplest solution is to remove all of the augs if you have the plat to do so. If your gear is top-tier from a recent expansion, you're kinda s-o-l.
Another complaint I've seen is the loss of inventory and bank slots. People think that the items that used to be in those slots have been destroyed, when in fact it's waiting for them at the parcel guy in their mailbox. But since many older players weren't around for the implementation of the parcel system they go WTF and /ragequit.
There are some other issues I've seen mentioned, but those are by far the biggest problems. SOE could have avoided much of this by making the AUGS yellow out instead of the gear they are in, and putting up a splash screen reminding people to seek out a parcel vendor to get their stuff back. If you've been gone quite a while both of these things are quite confusing and have lead to many folks not sticking around past the first day.

Yep, that ... also if you are not gold the amount of pp is limited so ... u cant even remove the augs ... _________________
