The pick-up attempt at my 1.5 epic finale this Sunday night fell agonizingly short (8% left on mob) but it was only possible because of the strong turn-out from friends and allies, including MANY from the AfterHours roster. My thanks go out to:

Dlanddriel, Sithrak, Pretecf, Goirish, Mystiqat, Oldwoolf/Argach, Hearrun, Rowacorn, Maadan, Culdahl, Bendi, Suegar, Sybok, Danillo, Ldaryy, Osser, Gilene, Pappacast, Moparus, Shieara, Sharedlen, Wendaen, Celtioun, Fiddil, Cassee, Nortagem, Krullok, Rezziing, Shatiba, Shiftie, Renwenya, Giskar, Shalyndra, Threep/Strath and Olidan.

I'm still an applicant to AfterHours, and several people came who've only known me a few weeks or only know me as a "friend of a friend." The loss was disappointing but the turnout made me feel very welcome. A special thanks to Shieara for leading the intiial raid assault while I zoned in last for optimum triggering.

This was my last "self-promoted" attempt at this raid. It's obvious there's a major difference between a 40-strong raid of talented players and the sort of surgically coordinated assault AH runs. I'll be saving up DKP to earn my epic finale when the time is right.

See you soon!

I am sorry it didnt' work for you Weber. You will get it soon enough Smile AH has specialized in epic fights and been successful (eventually) in all the ones that we have tried. I am looking forward to seeing you proudly carry your epic 1.5!

It was a close try, I was sure hoping we would have taken him out, I fell at 9% - my only other loss worse than this was failing RZTW at 3%.

But hey did I piss you off or somethin? I get no props, guess my DPS was a little short eh? hehe just kidding there Smile

I too am looking for my final epic 1.5 fight, and as much as I really want to get it done, I have found my schedule has not been very cooperative. I know just how you feel when it is soo close you can taste it, but are forced to wait. every day you hope you are 1 day closer.

as Shieara said - now it's personal.

Wish I could've been there to help, but was entertaining company over the holiday weekend; I'll definitely be there to help the next time if at all possible Smile
