On the 16th SoE will be doing another round of fabled mobs + a quest or two. This year, apparently, we will see fabled velious mobs and they will be tuned for mid-level raiding guilds it appears (with = loot). This sounds like a TON of fun with good loot and we should consider them for possible targets next week imo (also believe they'll be doing another 2XP 70hr thing, so this may cause some problems with the raid schedule). Anyhow, here's the link to an article on caster's realm - http://eq.crgaming.com/viewarticle.asp?Article=10377 .
Love (and other indoor sports),

What is the line on Fabled Vindi/Statue/AoW are targeted instantly? 100:3? If the loot is anywhere in line with that of the first round, it should be quite impressive.

TOV dragons on steroids! Now that or Sleeper's Tomb should prove interesting.
Just like the fabled old days, the uber guilds will pillage and the vast majority will watch from the sidelines. Who's making the book on which guild will be the winner? |

Personally I think AH could do very well raiding some of the fabled content. If we work out the strategies and techniques this year maybe next year we can give some of the 'Uber' guilds real competition!
Have Fun!

It's not so much an issue of whether or not we can defeat the content as it is an issue of whether or not we can put the force together needed in the short window that one of those fabled mobs will be up. Raiding guilds have a large base of toons ready to jump on a raid in a moments notice and they can camp out certain targets quite well because most have VERY high play times...we just can't compete with that type of instant organization. |

We won't be racing or competing with other guilds officially to get these items. AH has always functioned better as an organization with scheduled raids and raid targets. We're never had to or tried to organize fast to hit target x before guild y does, and one reason for that is that we might have members of guild y in Afterhours, and that causes both them and us issues.
I'm only scheduling official raids on Wed/Thurs of this week. If you guys want to hunt fabled unofficially on the other nights...go ahead and my blessings on it. In fact, if you are someone who would like to lead AH raids but haven't got your foot in the door yet, then this is your chance to impress us by leading a run.
We'll pick up again next week when hopefully people have gotten what they wanted out of the event and we are ready to get started on other events. |

Fabled mobs, a homer simpson idioism comes to mind, "drool". I hope that some will be doing these so that toons like me, not in a big raiding guild, may have a chance at acctually getting something this go around. Looks like I may have to call in sick on thursday to make the fennin raid, hehe. Good hunting all. _________________ 85 Ranger|85 Shaman

is anyone in a guild that may be williong to let ah members come help to take down some targets and would be allowed a chance to roll?? i understand that most will want drops to go to guildies and i dont hold that against anyone.. i just didnt know if anyone would be looking for some added forces.. it was just a thought thanks _________________ And you can't fight the tears that ain't coming
