These are sort of the stumbling blocks. I have hunted these areas and not been lucky on the drops for these items. I will be glad to pay you for the items if you have them in the bank.

As a druid, you can solo every component on this quest in under 3 hours.
I was able to get all the items two separate times as a monk in a total of maybe 5 hours tops, with no porting available.
those are kinda a pain to get (as you seem to have discovered), if i was you i would just combine as i get the stuff.
in fact thats what i did
Wow, I guess I got lucky then. I had so many slave drops I used them to help raise my pottery skill, and only took about 3 kills to get the scale for me.
Sorry you're having so much trouble Zan...I would highly recommend having your skill near to min failure chance on the 262 combine, for what it's worth.

My advice would be to check the bazaar occassionaly. I have discovered there are some naive venders out there that sell stuff way underpriced. When I got my charm I got lucky with 2 items that were less than 100pp for rare drops. _________________
