Just checked out the chart Im not up to date. I have two notebook pages from months ago, should be MB and CW I believe. So I only need BB and SC.

Edit: I did an inventory dump and the item numbers for my pages end in 6 and 8. Alla says those are MB and CW, but can't remember the website that gives item numbers to confirm it. Also finished Explore The Mansion.
