I found a teleport pad that takes you back to the burried sea. It wasn't marked on the map I got from mapfiend so here is the line to add:
P -3.9324, 121.1899, 18.4596, 0, 0, 0, 1, teleport_pad_to_Buried_Sea
It is in the room with the quest givers behind the statue.
