OK for all you techies out there I have a conundrum. I continually have graphic glitches where all npcs, and pcs loose animation. As an example what i see is wwein with one sword up and one leg up as if running. It freezes there and he scoots across the screen after that. If i zone it resets for about 30 min then it happens again.
We thought at first it was the graphic card. We replaced that. Still happened. We traded my graphic card with Ww's still happens. We have upgraded the memory so my pc has 3gb. Still happens.
My system information is as follows:
Compaq Model SR5130NX
Vista Home Premium ( i have eq set to run as xp compatable due to issues when loading it of it not starting the program correctly)
I have 3 GB of ram
Amd 64 x 2 dual core Processor 3800= 2.00 GHz
I have a NVIDA Gforce 7800 GT video card
A viewsonic VX 2260 wm Monitor
Any suggestions you have or ideas will be welcome. Im to the point of spilling water on this PC so I can have a new one if we cant find a solution. _________________ Laenyani

1. Check for latest graphic driver
2. Reinstall directx 9
3. Change the combination on memory amount used in options inside of EQ video tab _________________
I've had recent video issues as well, although different symptoms than what you've described, have since been resolved by taking this action suggested by Elrico

Picturing Wwein, with one leg up in the air (images of a dog pee'ing come to mind) sliding across the screen with one sword raised in charge fashion.....amusing site.....give me something to think about tonight while trying to sleep......why change it....
actuallyl...no techie type here so im useless....cant help ya, other than recommending drop-kicking the computer across the room (that does work some times, ya know).......and wish ya good luck with the "problem"
